Anxiety Awareness and Management

If you are experiencing Anxiety then you are not alone.  The World Health Organisation estimate that 4 per cent of the global population are currently experiencing anxiety in one of its forms.  In 2019 that equated to 301 million people.  For many people complementary approaches, including coaching, has been the way forward.

I have been more than capable of creating anxiety in my own mind and body and I use these experiences, along with guiding you towards greater awareness of what is going on for you, so you can learn how to manage and change your own relationship with anxiety.  Together we will look at your own patterns for creating anxiety and then find ways to disrupt these patterns.  Coaching to gain this awareness is always supportive and nurturing and the changes it can bring make a significant difference to client's lives.

The sessions are always at your own pace and provide a space for you to have greater freedom of choice and get back in touch with yourself. Please do remember that anxiety does not define you, it is not part of your identity, it is not who you are...it is an emotion.  Unfortunately, under the right conditions its an emotion that can get out of control, and that is what our coaching sessions are for...to use creative and thought provoking ways for you to have a choice to see, feel and hear things differently,

Coaching is about moving forward to reach a desired outcome, it is about the 'how' rather than the 'why', so the sessions will be orientated towards leaving the problem state (that of anxiety) and reaching the desired state (where you'd like to be instead).
